ProxyMania End User License Agreement

In this section you can review our offering, the rules for working with dedicated IP addresses, and your rights as a user of our proxy network.

Our Offering

  • IP address lease for a period of 30 days with the option to renew for a similar period;
  • Dedicated IPv4 proxies (assigned to a single user)
  • Dedicated IPv6 proxies (assigned to a single user)
  • Shared IPv4 proxies (assigned to up to three users)
  • Dynamic IPv6 proxies (assigned to a single user)
  • Wide selection of social networks within which your IP will be restricted;
  • Granting you exclusive rights to the purchased IP address.


    • Getting Started

  • Authorization is performed via the registration form on the website www.proxymania.su or through your social network account;
  • Access to the purchased IP is provided in the form of a login and password for the proxy server with HTTP and SOCKS5 data encryption protocols;
  • Access can be obtained immediately after payment in your personal dashboard or through the technical support service during working hours, but no later than within 12 hours;
  • Proxy server setup instructions are available on the website in the "Instructions" section. This section contains detailed step-by-step instructions for correctly configuring proxy servers for the most popular browsers.
  • If you have any questions, please visit the FAQ section on the website.
  • If you were unable to find the answer to your question in the FAQ section, please contact us through the following channels (listed in order of response speed):
    • Personal Dashboard, "Tickets" section;
    • Online chat support on the website;

  • We can issue a one-time refund within 24 hours of purchase if you are not satisfied with our service.
  • If the purchased proxy does not suit you for any reason, you have 24 hours from the moment of purchase to request a one-time replacement by creating a ticket and specifying the reason. After verification, the administration will process the replacement.
  • Due to the fact that some users have used our proxies for illegal purposes, we have had to block access to all major electronic payment systems (Qiwi, Yandex.Money, PayPal, etc.) and online banking services (Sberbank, Alfabank, etc.).
  • General bandwidth limitations are as follows: Dedicated IPv4 -- 15 Mbit/s total across all proxies for 1-10 units, 10-100 units = 30 Mbit/s, 100+ units = 45 Mbit/s. For Shared IPv4 -- 10 Mbit/s for 1-50 units, 50+ units = 20 Mbit/s, 100+ units = 30 Mbit/s. For IPv6 within a single plan -- 15 Mbit for 1-100 units, 100-500 units = 30 Mbit, 500-1000 units = 50 Mbit/s, 1000+ = 70 Mbit/s. (If you require a higher limit, please contact technical support.)



    • Rules

    Dear users, please review the rules for working with leased IP addresses for safe and reliable web browsing.

    • It is prohibited to distribute through leased IPs any information that violates the laws of the Russian Federation and the region in which the user performs any activities.
    • It is prohibited to send spam emails through leased IP addresses.
    • It is prohibited to use the leased IP for hacking, cyberattacks, DDoS attacks, theft of information from accounts of other Internet users, as well as other illegal activities prosecuted by law.

    In case of violation of the above rules, the user will be deprived of the right to use the leased IP without the possibility of a refund. The user is solely responsible for actions performed through our IP. Please be careful and cautious.
